Forged in Sheffield, our blades are made from Rockwell 53-55 and has both high carbon and chrome content. This ensures that the blade is both sharp, hard and has a high longevity for a life-time of use ahead. Made to the highest standard, our steel used is one of the best around for enjoyment when used.

 

What makes our Forest and Forge knives so special and that is that all wood used has been upcycled from wind damaged boughs. Taken from an estate in North Yorkshire, we have made a stylish and stunning collection that uses only the best of British wood.

 

A sharp knife is a safe knife and the need to sharpen your cheese knife is no different! Using either a manual or electric diamond sharpener, we recommend sharpening your knife every 3 – 4 times that you use it at a 20 degree angle. To clean your knife, we recommend hand washing your knife and during instantly after washing. By avoiding soaking the wooden handle in water, you can keep this Cheese Knife looking superb for years to come.
