The middle size in our meal prep containers, for everyday fridge storage, single meals and batch cooked leftovers. The steel base goes in the microwave, the oven and the freezer.

To seal, press the lid down at the corners, leaving the vented corner till last. To open, lift the vented corner first. Let hot food cool before closing the lid, so the seal can form.
