Celebrating the skills of traditional wok makers, our 12"/30cm flat bottom craft wok has been hammered with a Chinese traditional cold working technique. This technique has been used for thousands of years and the dimples it produces optimise heat retention and gives true caramelised flavour. Requires seasoning before first use. 
Not suitable for use in dishwasher - please dry wok on the hob so it is bone dry before storing, otherwise it will rust.
