For a reason we have never quite understood, Chinese food always tastes better when eaten with chopsticks. Maybe it is because we are forced to eat slower, and therefore savour the tastes more completely. Made from eco-friendly bamboo (which is moisture resistant and naturally anti-bacterial) they are decorated with traditional Chinese dragons. You need to hand wash them.
